AT THE MICROPHONE

“We knew this was going to be one of our toughest games, especially since we had to play them on the road. I thought our guys were going to come out and compete, and they did a great job. They [West Chester] scored a goal on a little bit of a breakdown where we let people get into spaces where we probably shouldn’t have. The second goal they scored came with us pushing everything we had forward in the last two or three minutes to try to get the equalizer. Just like every other match, we do what we can to get points and I thought we did everything that we could. The match itself was what we expected, it was difficult. They were very good on the ball, very good technically, and just being able to move off the ball to put us under pressure, but I thought we did a good job.” – Head Coach Brian Woods
