Monmouth County, NJ – FC Monmouth is thrilled to announce a new partnership with acclaimed chef David Burke and his celebrated restaurants: The Goat in Union Beach, Dixie Lee Bakery in Keansburg, and Red Horse in Rumson. This collaboration is set to bring fresh energy to the local community, blending Burke’s culinary expertise with FC Monmouth's passion for sports and community development.

Chef David Burke, a New Jersey native, has had a longstanding presence in Monmouth County, starting with pop-up restaurants in Asbury Park and Rumson. Over the years, his restaurants have become a staple in the area, with a strong focus on nurturing local talent. As his representative, Brenda Rescigno shares, “From the beginning, Chef Burke has been an educator, training local staff and helping them grow into successful entrepreneurs. Philanthropy is a huge part of his life, and he loves giving back to the community that supported him.”

Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be an exciting year for Burke’s ventures. He’s currently filming Cooking with David Burke on Eat This TV, and a new property, Sea Hawk Prime in Lake Park, Florida, will open in early summer. Additionally, Red Horse in Rumson is undergoing a transformation with updates to its menu and management, which has the team especially excited.

David Burke and his team are also enthusiastic about their partnership with FC Monmouth, particularly for its positive impact on local youth. “Sports are fantastic for the kids involved and for building the relationship of the town,” says Rescigno. “Communities have a big sense of pride when involved with sports,” making this partnership a perfect fit.

FC Monmouth is excited to work alongside David Burke and his incredible team, as this collaboration brings even more opportunities to grow and strengthen both local businesses and the Monmouth County community as a whole.
