AT THE MICROPHONE
“It’s good to be a part of something historic. For a soccer team to score 11 goals in one game, you can’t ask for more from the guys. The guys went out there and they played well. Coach Woods has been working them really hard. He just wants the best from them and they showed their best today. You can’t ask for any more in terms of a team performance.” – Assistant Coach Peter-John Falloon
“The guys were very efficient today. They connected the passes, finished when they needed to, and defended well. Having [Bryant] Knibbs definitely makes a big difference in the back.” – Assistant Coach John Killick
“It was a great game, obviously the result is as good as it gets. Aside from that, we played really well. The boys were moving the ball really well, so there are definitely a lot of positives. That’s two wins in a row, so we are trending upwards and looking good. Any time with a new team, new season, and a lot of new players, it’s good to get the first couple games under our belt to get everyone together.” – Forward Jacob Rubinstein
