FC Monmouth will welcome Electric City Shock SC to Count Basie Park this Wednesday night in a game that was originally set to be the club’s home opener on May 12th but had to be rescheduled due to weather concerns. Monmouth will be hoping to bounce back from the 3-1 loss they suffered on the road to Junior Lone Star FC last weekend and retain their unbeaten streak at home.
The Electric City Shock are still searching for their first win of the season, having only picked up one point so far after six matches in a draw with fellow Pennsylvanians Hershey FC on May 23rd.
The Shock were last in action on Saturday where they fell to Hershey on the road by a goal in their rematch.
